I was thinking of going back to the Dynasty Grande but they had jacked up there prices.
Thought I would try the Majestic Grande instead for only a little more because it was supposed to be a true 5 star hotel not just a moderate 4 star..
It is the same distance from Nana but in a much quieter area.

No problem checking in with my ladyboy companion.
We did get a little harrassment from the bellmen at night when we came home late but not too bad. They are supposed to be friendly with impromtu guests but I cannot confirm.

Not a 5 star hotel by North American Standards. Everything is a notch up from the Dynasty Grande and great views.
Man plays Baby Grand in the lobby during evenings (farang of course)
Restaurants looked fantastic and good deals but never went.

Service overall lacking for a 5 or even 4 star hotel but really a nice looking place.
Good location, impressive enough.

Majestic Grande is where I always stay. LB's, GG's they do not mind. 2 yrs. ago a doorman asked for LB's ID card but I said she's a friend of mine and just waved him off. Nice place and they are 4 star in their adds. Hell of buffet lunch and not a bad free breakfast.
